The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon when a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, bound for London, crashed shortly after takeoff. The aircraft plunged into the Meghani area, sending thick black smoke into the sky and prompting an immediate emergency response. Reports indicate the plane was carrying 242 people, and numerous fatalities are feared. Emergency teams rushed to the crash site in Meghaninagar, near the airport, to conduct rescue operations and control the flames.
