“Mental health, 100 percent,” she told IANS when asked what defines her personal philosophy. “You can look amazing on the outside, but if you’re not okay on the inside, none of it matters.” Ananya emphasized the importance of taking time for oneself, whether through therapy, journaling, or simply taking a break from social media.
Fashion, she revealed, is more than just clothes for her. It’s therapy. “I spend so much time in my closet, putting looks together, playing with new combinations. It’s my creative outlet and a space where I feel confident and completely myself.” For Ananya, the joy of dressing up is as much about self-expression as it is about style.

Yet, she makes it clear that without mental wellness, neither fashion nor fitness would have the same effect. “When I feel good mentally, I show up better in my work, in my style, and in how I carry myself,” she said.
